Collection consists of correspondence and documents, 1911-1924, relating to the transferral of State of Oregon highway bonds (valued at $50,000) from the estate of John Jacob Astor to his daughter, Ava Alice Muriel Astor, at her coming of age in 1923. The trustees included William Vincent Astor, James R. Roosevelt, Douglas Robinson and Nicholas Biddle. Also included is John Jacob Astor's will, 1911.
