This unidentified American woman lived in Paris with her mother and tried to make a name for herself as a writer and journalist. Though there is no name attached to the diary, "carte identiteĢ 320907" is written on the memoranda page.

Diary with transcript kept by an American woman while living in Paris in 1922 with entries documenting her daily experiences while trying to establish herself as a journalist and writer. The diary also contains the names and addresses of two prominent newsmen of the time, Paul Kennaday and Arthur Livingston, with whom she was in correspondence.
