The American Cancer Society (ACS) was a nationwide, community based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer. Established in 1913, the society was organized into geographical divisions of both medical and lay volunteers operating throughout the United States. The Wyoming division was located in Casper, Wyoming within the Great West division of the ACS.

Collection contains one LP vinyl record recorded by the Wyoming Division of the American Cancer Society in the 1960s with messages from several Wyoming people including, Miss Wyoming, Mrs. Wyoming, Miss University of Wyoming, and Wyoming football players.
