Historical NoteReturn to Top
Reece Nielsen was born on July 16, 1925 and passed away on November 18, 1998. He served as the chairman of the board of directors of the Intermountain Power Agency located near Delta, Utah, for nearly twenty years and participated on the Utah State University Institutional Council. Nielsen was also a member of the Hyrum City Council.
Bonnie Nielsen is a longtime resident of Cache County and was active in many civic and community affairs. She served four years on the Hyrum City Council, spent four years as the chair of the Utah State University Institutional Council, four years as an Institutional Council member, and served on the county zoning Board of Adjustment. Additionally, she has been an active member in literary clubs, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, and Clarisy.
