The materials relate to Millikin's career as King County (Washington) Auditor, (1934-40); Seattle mayor (1941-42); chairman of the Constitutional Amendment Committee (Against a Two-Term Limit, 1939-40); and to his activities in office, to defense preparation for World War II, and to campaigns for election to public offices. 1912-1942.
