Tracy Strong, Jr. was born in Seattle, Washington on September 4, 1915 to parents Tracy Strong, Sr. (1887-1968) and Edith Adelaide Robbins (1885-1981). He is the nephew of Anna Louise Strong. Tracy Strong, Jr. died March 31, 2013.
