Scope and Content: Postcards showing Seattle scenes, 1907; photocopied legal documents, list, duplicate photograph, clippings, ephemera.
Background material on Brenner family bakeries and the Yesler Neighborhood area where Brenner's Bakery was located in Seattle, prior to the establishment of Brenner Brothers Bakery in Bellevue. List gives names of all the shops in early-day Yesler Neighborhood.

Scope and Content: Tape recorded interview conducted by Adina Russak on 7 Sept 1988; transcript.
The brothers discuss the history of the Brenner family; their beginnings as bakers in Seattle to the Brenner Brothers Bakery; the Depression; the race riots in the central Seattle area in 1967, describing the hold-ups and the constant breaking of their big plate glass windows which led to the move to Bellevue after 1968.
