Rocco C. Siciliano (1922-2018), was an attorney who served in four presidentially appointed positions and as a corporation chief officer of two New York Stock Exchange companies. Marion Stiebel Siciliano (1924-2011) was a painter and philanthropist. Rocco and Marion married in 1947. In 1997, the Sicilianos endowed the Rocco C. and Marion S. Siciliano Forum at the University of Utah. The Siciliano Forum was designed to offer an open, nonbiased forum for students, faculty, and the citizenry to focus their attention on the most important, least tractable public issues facing America. The annual forum is sponsored by the University's College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
