The collection includes materials related to courses on women and media taught by Anderson at Oregon State University beginning in the late 1970s. Anderson co-taught courses with Judy Carlson that would eventually become part of the Women's Studies program. Materials include syllabi, course readings, and correspondence to guest speakers for the course. In addition, the collection contains three folders of materials related to Anderson's work for the Economic Equity for Women Conference held annually from 1987 to 1989. These include minute meetings, budgets, and conference programs. The last two folders of the collection are copies of the magazine In Unison: Issues for Oregon's Contemporary Woman, the name of which was later changed to Women In Unison. The magazine was published from 1987-1990.
