Collection consists of black and white photographs by John Hinchliff; color slides by James A. Kittrick of the Wenaha Tucannon Wilderness for a presentation titled, "A Plea for the Wild," an effort to set aside the Wenaha Tucannon Wilderness as wilderness area. Produced by the Round River Company, c. 1975.

The collection is open and available for on-site research use. Researchers will be instructed to wear gloves. Though the images vary widely in their physical condition, reproductions in the form of digital scans and prints will be available for most of the items in the collection.
