			<p>A staff unit formed in 1978 to study materials from the perspective of technical
				audio visual quality as well as make distribution of materials feasible.
				Instructional Media Services (IMS) reported any requests for materials directly to
				the Vice President of WSU. They were later disbanded. </p>

			<p> Budget files, faculty files, food files, maintenance proposals, and public relations
				files from the Instructional Media Service between 1980-1990. </p>

			<p>This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing
				order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting
				performed by staff. </p>
			<p>Items are filed alphabetically. Box 1 contains files A-H. Box 2 contains H-I. Box 3
				contains I-N. Box 4 contains O and misc. C-H. Box 4 contains I-Z, as well as S-T.
				Box 6 contains P-Z and miscellaneous files. </p>
