Bessie Cook was the society column editor for the Laramie Republican in the early twentieth century. Wife of George Cook, chief reporter of the Laramie Republican at the time, Bessie later bequeathed this position to her daughters, Leslie and Maude.
Collection contains a turn-of-the-century personal scrapbook put together by Bessie Cook.
