The contents of individual player files vary and may include one or more of the following: brief sport biography, player statistics, photographs, news clippings, or team photographs. The collection includes scattered annual team photographs, Official BasketBall Program brochures both men's and women's; and publicity materials. The records are scattered between 1948-1999 with primary coverage of the men's basketball program. Other sports programs with minimal records include baseball, crew, golf, skiing, soccer and tennis. Some individual photographs of coaches are also included. This collection includes oversize photographs/posters of some annual teams, men's soccer (1990-1992), tennis (1986-1999 incomplete), volleyball (1984), as well as player certificates/honors, the women's basketball newsletter <title render="italic">Courtside</title> (1978-1980), and the men's basketball newsletter <title render="italic">Tomahawk Express</title> (1981-1982). One official program (1982-1983) compiles lists of men's and women's basketball "top" statistical records from 1945 through 1983, including: top ten players with highest career points, 500 point club (player in a single season), top ranked teams and best coaching records. The collection also includes unidentified negatives and contact prints. The collection is not comprehensive.</p>
