Wesley Parkinson Lloyd was born in Ogden, Utah, in 1904. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Chicago in education and religion in 1937. He served in various education capacities, especially at Brigham Young University, until his death. He was also the author of several publications.
The Wesley Parkinson Lloyd diaries (1929-1935) consist of photocopies of Wesley Lloyd's diaries. Diaries kept from 1929-1935 giving an account of a mission to Pittsburgh (1929) for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and life in Salt Lake City (1933-1935).
Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
