      <head>Historical Note</head>
      <p>Plan-B Theatre Company was founded on a limited budget in 1991 and incorporated in 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah and is now one of three fully professional theatre companies in the city. It is the smallest in terms of budget and staff.</p>
      <p>Plan-B develops and produces unique and socially conscious theatre, is the only theatre company in Utah fully devoted to developing new plays by Utah playwrights, and is the resident theatre company at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center.</p>

It was developed with assitance from The Leonardo at Library Square in Salt Lake City, Utah (2007) and Utah Shakespearean Festival's New American Playwrights Project in Cedar City, Utah (2008).</p>
