The Illinois Central Railroad was founded in 1851. Its primary routes linked Chicago, Illinois with New Orleans, Louisiana, and Mobile Alabama. It also serviced cities in Iowa, South Dakota, and Florida.
Collection contains passenger car plans and floor plans.
