      <p>Oral histories conducted by Boise State University graduate student, Michael Bronson. Oral histories of three former volunteers with the Boise Hotline. The collection includes the audio files, interview script, transcripts, and analytical paper produced for the project. The Boise Hotline was a telephone listening and referral service that operated in Boise, Idaho, from 1970 to 1990.</p>
      <p>Boise State Special Collections can provide transcripts of three oral history interviews as well as the final process paper written by Michael Bronson. (The process paper and one of the transcripts is redacted to conceal one participant's identity.</p>
