         <p>Gloria B. Peck was a docent at the Seattle Art Museum, a college level teacher, and the editor/compiler of "The Artists of Puget Sound", 1962.</p>
      </bioghist>
      <scopecontent>
         <p>Letters, clippings, catalogs, photographs, and miscellaneous, 1956-1976; including one cassette and transcript of panel discussion "Is Art Dead?" moderated on Nov. 3, 1966 at Seattle Art Museum by Gloria Peck. Panel members were Boyer Gonzales, Anne Gould Hauberg, Tom Robbins, and Virginia Wright.</p>
         <p>Includes copies of many letters from her mother, Adelyn Breeskin, former director of Baltimore Museum of Art and Curator of National Collection of Fine Art. Panel discussion "Is Art Dead?" was held at the Seattle Art Museum by the Seattle Art Museum Guild on 11/3/66. The moderator was Gloria Peck. Most of the papers concern Adelyn D. Breeskin.</p>
