Biography of Bertram S. Barnes

Bertram S. Barnes (d. 1975) was a hydrologist for the federal government and in the private sector during the twentieth century. He worked on water resources projects throughout the Midwestern and Western United States. Barnes joined the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation during the early 1950s and worked for the agency's Denver, Colorado office. He later moved to the private sector and worked for International Engineering Company (late 1950s), Kaiser Industries Corporation (1960s), and Caseco Consultants Limited (1960s).
