Glenn Harold Petry was a professor of finance at Washington State University from
1972-2000. Over the years, he and his wife, Melody, purchased vacant lots and homes
in the university district in Pullman, Washington, and built apartment complexes on
those properties. Included in their projects was the Greystone Church building and
property, which they restored and remodeled, and converted it into residential
apartments. After his retirement, he moved to Bend, Oregon and wrote the book “The
Money Saving Wealth Building Guide for the New Economy”, published in 2010.
