Malouf. The images document various activities of the Gosiute Indians.</abstract>

      <p>These photographs were taken from a thesis by Carling I. Malouf entitled "A Study of the Gosiute Indians of Utah." They give insight into many of the customs of this tribe including their petroglyphs and pictographs, building construction and weaving of baskets, jugs and cradle boards.</p>
