Gladys Fay Benge was a Whitman College student from Heppner, Oregon. During her time at Whitman she was a member of the Theta Chi Theta sorority, the Drama Club, the Pioneer staff and an intramural basketball team. She graduated in 1928 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

The Gladys Fay Benge Scrapbook includes a scrapbook, and a portrait of Gladys. The pages in the scrapbook contain pictures, invitations, letters, newspaper clippings, and pamphlets from the 1920s during her time at Whitman.
