      <p>Jesse Robert Stratford Budge was born in 1878. He was an attorney in Utah and Idaho. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1900 and married Grace Hoff.</p>

This writing gives details of growing up in a polygamous family in Paris, Idaho, and of Budge's legal career. Also included are some philosophical poems and stories by Budge.</p>
