         <p>Japanese prima donna who had her first appearance in Seattle in 1925.
		  She sang on Seattle radio stations 1925-28, in Italy 1928-31 and in 1931 was
		  the leading soprano with the Seattle Civic Opera Company. She founded the
		  Japanese Cultural Broadcasting Association over KRKD in Los Angeles.</p>

		  program of the Farewell Grand Vocal Concert of Miyoshi Sugi Machi, February 13,
		  1928.</p>
