Carol Lee Hawkins served as Chair and organizer of the BYU Women's Conference from 1987-1993. Women's Conference is a two-day conference for women held each spring at Brigham Young University. It was established by the Associated Students of Brigham Young University Women's Office in 1976. Beginning the 1990, the Relief Society began co-sponsoring the event, which is currently administered by BYU Conferences and Workshops.

The Carol Lee Hawkins photograph collection consists of 1 box containing 19 black-and-white photograph prints depicting the BYU Women's Conference between 1989 and 1992.
