Students Against Apartheid (SAA) was a student-oriented group formed at the University of Utah. Alan Chandler, donator of this collection, served as the group's president.
The Students Against Apartheid collection (circa 1980s) consists mainly of news articles regarding apartheid and the Shanty Protest conducted by this group on the University of Utah. Some financial and legal papers are also included.
Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
