The Columbia River Orchards Foundation manages WSU orchard property near Wenatchee, originally donated to the university in 1972 by the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA). Funds generated by the orchard were used to further research projects.

Box 1 contains research-related reports, financial reports, and annual reports. Box 2 contains CROF Managers Reports, 1972 agreements between CROF and WSU, and meeting minutes.

This material was transferred to WSU Libraries' MASC by Christina Mayor of the Tree Fruit Extension Center on June 22, 2015 and retained as UA2015-08. The donor believed these materials to have been borrowed from the MASC prior to 2006. It was returned by the donor above, but had been borrowed by someone else long since gone. As the MASC can find no records of the items or such a loan in MASC, we are treating this as new accession.
