The Associated Students University of Idaho (ASUI) Outdoor Program began in June of 1973 with the first newsletter of events printed in September 1973. The program seeks to provide activities in the natural environment. As of January 2026, the schedule of events is printed twice a year and lists various trips involving camping, skiing, water sport trips, backpacking, mountain biking, and more.
