		  County, Washington politician</abstract></did><bioghist encodinganalog="5450_" id="a2"><p>Chairman of CHECC beginning in mid 1972. Seattle City Council member
		  (1974-1981), and King County Executive (1981-1985). He received national
		  attention after the Seattle Post Intelligencer revealed that he suffered from
		  bipolar disorder. He later served as senior vice president of the Washington
		  State Hospital Association (WSHA). Revelle led the Washington Coalition for
		  Insurance Parity with WSHA, successfully advocating for Washington State's
		  mental health parity law in 2005. In 2007, the legislature expanded the law. He
