  	<head>Biography of Blythe Crawford and Robert Ordway Foote</head><p>Blythe Crawford was born in Iowa and also worked as a writer and journalist. Her writings most concern women’s rights. She was also active in several women’s civic organizations including the Woman’s Civic League. Foote and Crawford married but later divorced. Robert Foote was born in Ohio in 1883 and worked as a writer and journalist in southern California. In his career, Robert wrote sports articles and book reviews for several national as well as for local newspapers in California. Robert was a life-long sufferer of tuberculosis. </p>
