Professor of art and interior design, University of Washington.

Hope Foote was born 1897, and died 1983. She began her career at the Universtiy of Washington in 1923 as an Instructor in Interior Design. She retired as Professor Emeritus of Art in 1967.

Correspondence, mainly incoming from Dione Neutra, 1953-1975; speeches and writings, photographs, biographical material regarding her career as professor of art, UW, specializing in interior design and furniture and design. Biographical material regarding Richard Nuetra, architect.
