The Poultry Science Department or "Poultry Husbandry" was first recorded in 1917 and was then absorbed into the Animal Sciences Department in 1958. The department went through various restructurings and naming's under the Animal Sciences Department.

This collection includes department records, advisory board meeting files and minutes. Poultry progress reports, as well as annual reports are included in this collection.

This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting performed by staff.

Items remain in their original order. Binders and reports are labeled and dated.
