         <p>University of Washington professor of business economics and finance.</p>
         <p>Born in 1915, Charles Nathaniel Henning completed all of his postsecondary education including his doctorate, at UCLA. He joined the University of Washington Business Administration faculty in 1948 and was appointed professor emeritus business economics and finance in 1985. In 1953, according to his wife, Virginia, Henning served on a task force which surveyed the South Korean economy in order to make recommendations regarding its resusitation.</p>
