         <p>Mr. Thal talks about his early life in Bellingham, Washington, and his
		  life in Seattle, as well as his long time membership to Temple De Hirsch Sinai,
		  and his time with Fox Gem shop as manager, owner, and advertising manager. He
		  also describes his wife Berta Altose and their life together.</p>
