Columbia Park Little League was a youth baseball association in Portland, Oregon, that was active in the 1950s and 1960s. In 1957, the league's president was Otto C. Mills (1906-1991).

The collection consists of records of the Columbia Park Little League of Portland, Oregon, that date from 1957, when Otto C. Mills was the league's president. These records consist of: one group photograph of team managers; one group photograph of all league members; 21 group photographs of the league's teams; rosters for the league's teams as of June 1957; and a memo from Mills to league officers and managers announcing a meeting on September 26, 1957. At least several of the photographs in the collection were taken by Mossbargers Studio & Camera Shop. The memo says that, at the meeting, the league will be divided into two leagues. One of the leagues will consist of players living west of N. Chautauqua Boulevard, while the other league will consist of players living east of N. Chautauqua Boulevard.
