This collection documents the 2009 "Decade of Healing" commemoration of the June 10, 1999 pipeline explosion on Whatcom Creek in Bellingham, Washington. The collection comprises writings, posters, publications and newsclippings, some of which were included in a community display at the Bellingham City Hall. There are also two City of Bellingham reports: the "Whatcom Creek Restoration Project 2007-2008" report and the " Whatcom Creek: Ten Years After Summary Report" from 2009. Collection materials are in English.
