			<p>WSU's Fine Arts program dates to 1906, though for some years it was administered
				jointly, first as Music and Applied Design (1918-1922) then as Music and Fine Arts
				(1922-1947). From 1947 forward it has again been just Fine Arts. They have been
				teaching Photography at WSU since at least 1905, though initially it was for
				scientific purposes, part of Zoology. It migrated to Fine Arts by 1922. </p>

			<p>Seventeen black and white photographs of downtown Pullman buildings and street scenes, taken
				during the course of a Spring 2005 Fine Arts 483 course, Advanced Photography,
				taught by Ryan R. Belnap. Notably no people are visible in any images. Photographers
				include: Ryan Belnap, Tara Fuchter, Nick Inman, Kenon Kildew, Amber McLaughlin,
				Michael Navejar, Shileah Shatwell, Brad Stevens, Brenda Stewart, Chris Storm, Ryan
				Straub, Jean Varnell, Michelle White. </p>
