Originals were transferred to the Portland City Archives in 2010; photocopies were made at that time.

Collection includes a photocopy of manuscript "An Act to Incorporate the City of Portland," 18 pages, circa 1850-1864, and a photocopy of manuscript "A Bill to Incorporate the City of Portland," before incorporation act of 1854.
