  	<head>History of Camp Amos W. Barber (Wyo.)</head><p>Camp Amos W. Barber was a Wyoming National Guard encampment. The gathering of national guard troops from several areas of the state took place outside Laramie, Wyoming, in August of 1891. The camp was named for the then-serving governor of Wyoming.</p>
