		  containing images of a cement plant located in Bellingham, Washington in the
		  early- to mid-twentieth century. There is also one oversized, framed and
		  mounted photograph of the plant, as well as a map of the premises and an
		  informational brochure. Permanente Cement Company purchased the Bellingham
		  facility from Olympic Portland Cement Company in 1956. Principal products of
		  the plant were various types of portland cement used in the building industry.
