Hank Bruns, née Henry P. Bruns, was born in New York on August 13, 1904. In 1926, Hank Bruns married Gilda L. Bruns an Italian immigrant who was a homemaker and seamstress. They lived together in Bergen, New Jersey. Between 1930 and 1943, Hank and Gilda Bruns were divorced. In 1943, Hank Bruns took a second wife named Marian Bruns whose occupation was a homemaker. Between 1930 and 1950, Hank Bruns received his undergraduate degree. By 1950, Hank Bruns was living in Coweta County, Georgia and working as a fishing tackle manufacturer sales representative. Hank Bruns went on to become a renowned fishing bibliographer. In 1960, Hank and Marian Bruns resided in Atlanta, Georgia. He died on July 10, 1994 in Fulton County, Georgia.
Larry Hammer, née Loren G. Hammer, was born in San Joaquin County, California on May 14, 1920 to Loren George Hammer and Clara Gregory. In 1940, he served on the eleventh field artillery unit of the US Army in Honoulu, HI. By 1950, Larry had married Carolyn Hammer and moved to Denver, CO. In 1959, Loren and Carolyn Hammer moved to Butte, MT where Loren worked for the Community Memorial Hospital as a radiologist. Larry continued to live in Montana until his death at the age of 63 on February 23, 1984, in Kalispell, MT.
