Washington State University's Beta Omega chapter of the national Delta Gamma sorority was established in 1946. They were initially housed at 906 Thatuna (as of 2013 this location is the parking lot northwest of the old Bookie), and in 1949 moved to a newly constructed building at 603 Linden (Pullman's address system changed in 1972, at which point 603 Linden became 715 Linden). The building was renovated circa 1995, and as of 2023 Delta Gamma remains in that house.
The majority of the collection is original minutes from what would become known as the House Corporation Board for the Beta Omega chapter of the national Delta Gamma sorority, dating from the founding in 1946 through to 1970. Also in the collection are materials from alumni reunions, some membership and officer lists, some 1950s financial reports, and 1964-1965 correspondence with architects about a planned remodel.
Materials are organized alphabetically by subject, and then chronologically within each subject or folder.

While clearing out her home during a move, Elinor McCloskey, a sorority member active in the alumni section, donated this collection via longtime friend Sue Hinz to the Washington State University Libraries on Jan. 27, 2023, where it was retained without an accession number.
University Archivist Mark O’English processed this collection in Jan. 2023, but it was not finalized until Jan. 2025 as the possibility of receiving more materials had existed.
Some other League of Women Voters records (MS.2023.04) and Fortnightly Club records from Elinor McCroskey were accessioned separately, and a variety of loose WSU materials were either surplussed or incorporated into the WSU Publications collections.
