			<p>Originally called the Office of International Programs established in 1963 to
				coordinate and oversee the International Study Abroad programs. This program was
				reorganized in 1971 resulting in an apparent name change although the tasks of the
				office remained the same, coordinating programs with foreign student sponsoring
				agencies and universities. This program also appears to have encompassed NICSA
				(Northwest Interinstitutional Council on Study Abroad). The program underwent
				another reorganizing in the late 1980's resulting in the offices present day
				organization. The Indonesia Project began in October of 1979 and ended in June of
				1984. The project involved WSU faculty and graduate students working in Indonesia
				and Indonesian faculty and graduate students visiting the Pullman campus. </p>

			<p>Primarily contains correspondence, memoranda, and other administrative files related
				to the International Education Department's Indonesia Project. Also contains
				participant info, financial reports, and orientation material. </p>

			<p>This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing
				order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting
				performed by staff. </p>
			<p>Boxes 1 and 2 contain administrative and financial material related to the Indonesia
				Project. Boxes 3 and 4 contain mostly student files, financial reports, and
				correspondence. Items are filed by subject matter. </p>
