		  lecturer</abstract></did><bioghist encodinganalog="5450_" id="a2"><p>Alice Bryant was born Alice Franklin in Fredricktown, Missouri, 0n May
		  1, 1899. She was a leader in the anti-war movement and an officer of the
		  Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. She was a worker for
		  Democratic Party politics. Ms. Bryant was a candidate for United States
		  Representative from the 1st Congressional District, Seattle, Washington, and
		  also ran for the Senate. She died in Seattle on June 7, 1977.</p></bioghist><arrangement><p>Organized into 2 accessions.</p><p><list type="simple"><item>Accession No. 1109-001, Alice Franklin Bryant papers, circa
