      <p>This collection contains a portrait of Fred Oliver when he was middle aged and snapshots of him at the Utah State Capitol Building in 1996. There are a variety of photographs taken at the Capitol Building, including Oliver presenting Governor Mike Leavitt with Oliver's book, "A Legacy of Value for Future Generations."</p>
