         <p>The College Hill Association formed as a nonprofit organization in 1992 with the goal to revitalize the College Hill district of Pullman, Washington, near the campus of Washington State University. By partnering with student renters and Greek houses, the organization sought to create a community movement to improve the area. The CHA also worked with the WSU administration to cooperate on projects in the area.</p>
