      <p>The collection consists of the records of the Russellville Water Company, Inc., a water utility in Portland, Oregon. Records consist of a book of handwritten minutes for meetings of directors and shareholders held after January 1, 1939, maintained by the company's secretary, Beryl Knoblauch; loose financial records and correspondence; and typed minutes for a meeting on December 30, 1950, to dissolve the company and sell its assets to the Russellville Water District. The minutes book also includes financial records, correspondence, typed minutes, and notes that were either stapled or otherwise attached to the book's pages.</p>
