			<p>The Teacher Corps was a training program within the U.S. Department of Education
				which provided teachers with exposure to cultures other than their own and
				experience with working with such. These students teachers would then be placed for
				a time into junior high schools and elementary schools containing economically
				disadvantaged students. </p>

			<p>Sixty three slides and a script for a 1977 presentation titled The Making of a Teacher Corps
				Intern. Photos appear to be from both WSU and Pasco, including Emerson Elementary
				School there. </p>

			<p>This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing
				order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting
				performed by staff. </p>
			<p>Slides are number 1 to 63, with two missing and two others duplicating other numbers.
				The accompanying scripts includes indicators which tell approximately which slides
				the text matches to. </p>
