The Independent Board of Representatives functioned to represent independent students and served as a liasion between dormitories and administration. They sought to improve social lives of students and represented what is known as an unaffiliated living group.
Contains mostly meeting minutes and correspondence, along with the constitution and by-laws of the Independent Board of Representatives (IBR) from about 1951-1962). Also contains budget reports and executive communcation.
