			<p>The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) is a part of Voiland
				College of Engineering and Architecture. Civil Engineering curricula has appeared in
				course catalogs dating back to 1893 and was often coupled with mathematics. The
				department, in the past, has offered several degrees such as a Bachelors of Science
				in Civil Engineering, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic
				Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, and Structrual Engineering. The department has,
				in the past, also offered a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Science. Originally
				just the Department of Civil Engineering, in 1974, it was merged with Environmental
				Engineering to be further known as the Department of Cicil and Environmental
				Engineering (CEE).</p>
